Many also need assistance at some level with personal tasks, from meal preparation to personal care. But one thing never changes: the desire to live in pleasant, secure surroundings, close to favorite activities, family and friends.

At Retirement Management, Inc. properties, we offer the best of both worlds. Each of our retirement communities – called the “Manor” – is built with a “neighborhood” feel, in a pleasant three-to-four acre setting that complements the larger community where it is located.

You’ll find our communities in smaller towns and suburbs throughout Indiana. Each location has been selected to be as close as possible to where older adults presently live, shop and maintain their circle of friends.


Independent and Assisted Living Apartments

Our independent and assisted living retirement communities, with 50-75 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment residences, are designed for older adults who value their independence and are able to care for themselves but no longer wish to cook, keep house or maintain their property.

The monthly rental fee includes scheduled housekeeping and flat linen laundry service, so maintaining a beautiful home is easier than ever before. No worries about home repairs or yard care... it's all taken care of.

Also included are either six meals per week or a three meal per day plan in the community dining room, served restaurant style from a varied menu. All utilities (including basic cable) except for personal phone are included, as are round-the-clock security services, enhanced by an emergency alert system located in both the bedroom and bathrooms of all apartments.

Most importantly, the apartments offer residents a host of recreational and social amenities – from guest lecturers to social hours – which foster companionship, a sense of community, and encourage new friendships.

Supportive Services

You and your family can rest easy knowing that personal care, coordinated by a licensed nurse, is available.  Our resident assistants can provide help with bathing, dressing and medication reminders on a daily basis. Our licensed nurse also serves as a medical intermediary between resident, family, staff, doctors, and hospitals.
